Ripe Plantain Trunks

Our product consists of slices of precooked ripe plantain, carefully selected and subjected to a controlled industrial process that includes cleaning, cooking, individual freezing (IQF), and packaging under safety conditions. Made from plantains in Colombia, this food maintains its tender texture, natural sweetness, and characteristic golden color. The slices are delivered ready to heat and eat, ideal as a side dish for meals and compatible with cooking methods such as deep fryers, ovens, microwaves, or air fryers. The product is stored frozen at -18°C, with a shelf life of 12 months. It is presented in polyethylene bags inside corrugated boxes, optimized for export in refrigerated containers. This product meets microbiological, chemical, and sensory quality standards, making it a versatile, nutritious option that is highly accepted in international markets.
